Chairman

Ray Sensenig, the President and founder of Sensenig Coaching and Consulting LLC and the chairman of PIE-WORKS, embodies what it means to be a visionary in today's business world. His foresight and innovative mindset have been instrumental in transforming ideas into actionable strategies that empower both individuals and businesses.

 

At the core of Ray's vision is a deep understanding of the challenges faced by

entrepreneurs and individuals striving for financial stability and growth. He recognized early on that true success is not just about achieving immediate goals but about building sustainable systems that foster long-term prosperity. This insight led him to create Sensenig Coaching and Consulting LLC, a company dedicated to providing tailored financial coaching and business consulting services that address the unique needs of each client.

 

Ray’s leadership extends beyond his own company. As the chairman of PIE-WORKS, he has been pivotal in creating a network of partner businesses that collaborate to offer a comprehensive suite of services. Mel Kaye
Vice Chairman

Mel Kaye is the owner of Life Insurance Safe Zone and a Vice Chairman and founding member of PIE-WORKS. He is dedicated to providing a client-focused approach to life insurance and retirement planning, ensuring that clients feel no pressure or rush in their decision-making process.

 

As an independent agent working nationwide with over 30 carriers, Mel offers life insurance and retirement planning in a relaxed, pressure-free environment. He serves a diverse range of clients, from newborns (through their parents or grandparents) to individuals up to 90 years old, as well as families and businesses.

 

Mel spent most of his career in corporate sales but always aspired to run his own business. This desire, combined with changing circumstances, led him to transition from corporate America to life insurance and retirement planning. Here, he has found his true calling, fully dedicated to serving his clients.

 

Mel’s no-pressure approach is central to his success and a foundational principle of PIE-WORKS. From the start, he and Ray shared a clear vision for PIE-WORKS: to create a trusted network and a premier destination for individuals and businesses seeking excellence. Our reputation is our greatest asset and will continue to be the driving force behind PIE-WORKS.

Dakota Smith
Secretary

Dakota Smith is a devoted mother of three wonderful children, who has dedicated her life to providing them with opportunities and demonstrating that success is achievable through dedication and hard work. Integrity is a core value for her, and one of her greatest strengths is her ability to empathize with others. This played a significant role in her decision to become an Advisor at Integrity Tax Advisors. For the past seven months, she has been working closely with her business partner, Laura Harper, and their Tax Attorney, Mike Fussell, to deepen her expertise in tax strategies. During this time, she has gained confidence and knowledge in all aspects of tax planning and developed a strong passion for helping others, particularly small business owners.

 

Growing up, Dakota watched her father build a successful business and realized how much more he could have achieved with an optimized tax plan. Ensuring that small business owners are aware of the valuable tax breaks available to them and helping them structure their businesses properly is something she is deeply committed to. Just as she has been educated on these important topics, she wants to empower every business owner to understand what they are entitled to and how Integrity Tax Advisors can assist them.

 

At Integrity Tax Advisors, the focus is on educating and implementing tax savings through effective entity structuring. Entity structure serves as the foundation for many statutory tax breaks that are often overlooked by the small business community. The goal is to support small business owners in structuring their businesses properly and ensuring they benefit from all available tax incentives secured through legislative efforts.

 

Integrity Tax Advisors complements a client's existing team, including their accountant, bookkeeper, CPA, or financial advisor, without replacing them. The firm operates on a performance-based model rather than a retainer. If they identify tax savings, a portion goes to Integrity Tax Advisors as a tax-deductible expense, while the client retains the savings year after year. Once a client, they are a client for life.

Floyd Bryant
Treasurer

Minister Floyd Bryant is a licensed member of the Gospel, certified life coach, and president of a national lending company (Www.Alternativecapitalus.com) and majority owner of an FDIC Insured Bank.

 

He is also Chairman of the Floyd and Gwendolyn Bryant Foundation, which is a 501c3 nonprofit that supports youth development, cultural awareness and marriage sustainability.

 

He is a father & married to his wife Gwendolyn, Executive Director of the Floyd and Gwendolyn Bryant foundation. She has been a special education teacher and Department Chair for over 25 years.

 

Minister Bryant is also a philanthropist, successful businessman, former mensa member, Finance graduate of Howard University in D.C., a board member and advisory board member of numerous nonprofits and for-profit boards. He   has been a dedicated and proud gluten-free vegan for over 15 years.

Education Advisor

Claudia Brown, President and founder of Haniel Consulting, has
transformed hundreds of businesses with her heart-centered approach and visionary leadership. Driven by a deep desire to uplift and empower, her mission is to help business owners and executives thrive both professionally and personally.

For over a decade, Claudia has been a trusted partner to business
leaders with $500k+ in revenue. By working closely with CEOs, she helps them scale their businesses, identify growth obstacles, and refine company vision, sales processes, and marketing strategies, with a special focus on LinkedIn lead generation.

Claudia is also passionate about building thriving business cultures
where teams can excel. Her holistic approach integrates emotional
intelligence, stress management, and action planning to ensure her
clients achieve both business success and personal fulfillment.

As a key contributor to P.I.E-W.O.R.K.S., Claudia Advises on
educational programs, training initiatives, and workforce development within the organization.
